Painter Foreman Job Details
Minimum Requirements:
-Must be a United States citizen or have a current and valid work permit.
-Must have a current and valid driver's license.
-Must have a reliable form of transportation with proof of insurance.
-Must have a phone.
-Must have your own personal toolbox, brushes, and hand tools.
-If hired, you must attend an orientation meeting with the management to review the mission statement, company policies and procedures, and the ---company safety policy prior to starting work.
-Convicted felons are not allowed to work in the Federal Building, Offutt Air Force Base, or any other federal or military installation. Traco, Inc. is a government contractor.

Job Description:
-Review your project with the field superintendent and/or our project manager.
-Pick up the job file that is to be kept on the job site with you.
-Load up all equipment that you will need for your project and stock your job.
-Set up a shop on the job site.
-Meet with our point of contact for the client or general contractor to determine our requirements and work schedule.
-Maintain a clean shop and job site.
-Make sure the job is always stocked and supplied with all materials and equipment needed.
-Keep track of the hours worked by the crew on time and materials jobs.
-Make sure all hours that are spent on your job are turned in accurately and on time.
-Direct daily labor and operations on your projects.
-See that all equipment on your job site is kept clean and maintained.
-Handle communications, Public Relations, and Quality Control on your job site.
-Make sure all personnel on your job site wear painter's whites and maintain a professional image and attitude.
-Make sure that you and all personnel on your job site are performing quality work that meets our standards.
-Make sure that you and all personnel always have your personal tools with you.
-Maintain good customer relations on your job site.
-Keep the field superintendent and the project manager informed about issues that arise on the project.
-Maintain a safe workplace and observe the company safety policies.
-Report all accidents and injuries immediately to the field superintendent and the office.
-Look out for the company, get the job done, strive for improvement, and make it happen!
